Been a bit off-the-map recently due to work commitments but just thought i'd mention a few things what are happening on the music front.

Good news - Brick Shithouse has just infiltrated juno download and can be yours for a few digital coins, as can the other spiffing tunes and remixes on the same release. I thought i'd don my Sunday best for the artwork and strike a few poses ;)

Me & Glover's E.P on Data-Trace will be out soon enough....it still features 'Mission to Irlam' and 'Ivo Shandor' from myself, as well as a wicked, deep electro track from Glover called 'Typhon' and something else what Glover is working on.

Also worth mentioning is the BLUE vinyl/CD/digital release on Balkan Vinyl, coming out very soon. The vinyl features original tracks from DIGITONAL, THE DOUBTFUL GUEST, ARDISSON and EGEBAMYASI and the CD + digi release features remixes from SmashBack (me, init), Posthuman and Hatchback.

I've been busy over the last two months writing three new tracks to be released on BASS GUN and DATA-TRACE records.

Two tracks called 'MISSION TO IRLAM' and 'IVO SHANDOR' are being released on DATA-TRACE records around the end of 2009, as part of an E.P that me & GLOVER are putting together: named after our BRAVE NEW WORLD podcasts. This is the first time that GLOVER's productions will be released - expect to hear some exciting and dark sounds from this top Mancunian talent.

Another track 'BRICK SHITHOUSE' is to be released on BASS GUN in early 2010 on a joint E.P from me and TEUTONIC KABOOM. The E.P includes a track called 'RHUBARB RHUBARB' from TEUTONIC KABOOM, a new TRODE track called 'DEAD LEAVES, and remixes of BRICK SHITHOUSE from PAUL BLACKFORD, FULL SPECTRUM and BENJWAHBEATS.

The first Radiation mix I did was well over a year ago, and i've been meaning to get round to doing this next one for a while. Thankfully i've had a weekend at home to myself so it's been the perfect time to put this wee mix together. Same idea as before....it's not a mix as such, it's just some of my favourite tracks put together and uploaded to the internet in the hope that others will enjoy the music too. There's some sweet folky kinda stuff shoved in between the buttocks of dark & nasty metal & grunge. There's also some jazzy hip hop bits sitting uncomfortably a couple of seats away from euphoric shoegaze-y electronica.

Right, i've started working on a new release called the 'Trans Pennine Express E.P' (obvious reference to Kraftwerk). First track is called 'Mission To Irlam' - a melodic, 135bpm electro track in the same vein as my remix of Darkmode's 'Natural City'.
